Summary

EcoDemand is a strategic design initiative developed in collaboration with industry stakeholders to re-engineer the medical equipment procurement ecosystem. The platform addresses the critical inefficiencies of traditional B2B transactions—such as information asymmetry, price opacity, and high supplier trust barriers—by introducing a systematic "Reverse Auction" and "Real-time Negotiation" framework.
